Yeah the forte comes with an analog adapter with the 6 3.5mm plug ins so it can remain low profile factor. Everything is there on it.
Other card to look at: Creative X-Fi Xtreme Gamer...
But if you can get the forte for just over 100 bucks, go with that card.
