Id say drop the corsairs for some G.Skill DDR2 8000/8500s instead, they will be cheaper and probubly overclock better. You will see very little difference between those 2 ram speeds and with the E7400 you could probubly overclock 1:1 up to 400mhz with the DDR2 6400s and higher.
