Looks like a nice enough case, although I agree with you that Price / features when compared to the antec offerings are something to consider.
As far as the positioning of the Power button goes.... If it were me, I'd just use the reset button for power, and leave the power button unplugged. (I can't think of the last time I used the reset button.... :) ).
