Default Mushkin vs. G.Skill

Yet another question from the gimpy compu-builder. I'm undecided between the following two sets of RAM. The Mushkin sounds like good quality low latency RAM but the G.Skill sounds pretty solid as well, and its $20 cheaper.

Mushkin HP2 PC2-6400 2x1GB CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory @ $106.00

and...

G.Skill F2 PC2-6400 2x1GB CL5-5-5-15 240PIN Dual Channel Memory @ $86.99 (after $15.61 instant savings)

Do you think I would notice a different between the two types of RAM or should I go for the G.Skill and save the $20 for investment in other hardware? I have no plans to overclock and will be using the following hardware with it...

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
Sapphire X1950 Pro 256MB
