Finally. I have both rigs stable. Took me a while, but it's now a done deal.
Rig #1.
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
Intel E6400
Mushkin EM PC2-6400 2x1Gb
Antec Trio 550W
Swiftech H2O-120 Premium kit.
Ati X300 PCI-E
The E6400 is running smooth @ 3.6 (450FSB), with 1.55V in BIOS. Temps are 27 idle, 46 load. Mem is running @ 900MHz, 5-5-5-15-38, with 2.1V.
Rig#2.
Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 (new, to replace the ECS mobo...

)
Intel E2140
Mushkin XP-5300 2x512Mb
Antec 450W
Arctic Freezer 7
Ati Radeon 7000 PCI
The E2140 is running hot @ 3.0 (375FSB), with 1.4375V in BIOS. Still tweaking the voltage, to lower the temps: 27 idle, 65 load... I think I'll try lapping the AF7 too - I didn't like the contact area when I removed it from the ECS mobo. Mem is running @ 938MHz, 5-5-5-18-38, with 2.2V.
For both mem, I'm stuck with the multipliers. I can't go to the next one, it would run the Ram too fast - ex. the XP-5300 would run @ 1038 (533 is default...).
If I have better load temps once the lapping is complete, I'll try for 400FSB on the E2140, which I couldn't do before on the DS3L. Pics will follow tomorrow, if I can find that

camera. It's great to see 2 mobos one on top of the other, in that HSPC Test rig.
