Unfortunately, those HD2900XT cards are cooled with Coolit's UNRELEASED HD2900XT cooler.

For quite some time the quality of CoolIt's products have been in question and I would hesitate quite a bit before buying anything with thier untested HD2900XT cooler pre-installed.
In addition, they do not mention that the warranty on your card is void the second one of those coolers is installed.
