When a tech support rep tells you that you have to buy an entirely new OS license to reinstall an OS, they are bad.

Not that it helps that most of their support people are in India.
You can get US support, but it costs MUCH more.




Oh and "style" has absolutly ZERO worth in my views.
I don't care what it looks like as long as it gets the job done.
