ive bought the AMD version fo rmy opty. and it does a better job then my bolt-throught Thermaltake cooler that had 2*92fan on it which cost me 60$
for 203$ you definatly cant go wrong
a good lapping job, and a powerfull fan could drop temp by a good 4-5C again. and this fot 10$ more
