Wow very impressive card, and a nice review as well.

The extra 40$ can somewhat be justified. Since converting a reference 4850 into a passive one with HR-03 would cost just as much, even more.

What I found interesting, is that fins from the heatsink towards the backplate actually protrude out. Innovative.

EDIT:The inclusion of VGA by default is good, since this is aimed at compatibility and function over duallink DVI x2 outputs. It's something that you can..stick it in the HTPC, and hook it up to whatever display you want. Plus it saves them money not including an adapter
