What if you put the barbs on the bottom, facing inwards, aiming the hoses directly into the case? The case has openings for a pair of 80mm fans above the PSU, right? Once inside the case, a couple of right-angle bends could aim the hose sstraight up into the main case compartment.
The clearances would be awful tight, I know. Especially where the PSU cables come up. But this would almost completely eliminate any hoses dangling outside the case. Just a thought.
