Default Antec Minuet 350 HTPC

My HTPC build is underway, here's the specs:

Case: Antec Minuet 350
OS: Windows XP SP3 x86
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2.4GHz, 800MHz FSB
HSF: Stock Intel
Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM SE
Power Supply: Included with Antec Minuet 350
Graphics Card: Sapphire HD4550 512M GDDR3 (LP) PCI-E
Memory: 3GB total DDR2 @ 667MHz (1 x 1GB; 1 x 2GB)
Hard Drives: System Drive: 80GB Western Digital Caviar (IDE) Recording/Media: 1TB WD GreenPower or Hitatchi (yet to be determined)
Optical Drives: LG DVD-RW (IDE)
I chose XP SP3 for something that's light on system resources.. but I also have Vista Home Basic should that be reccommended instead. Both are legally owned by me :)

The cpu and memory I already own from an older rig. 3GB of DDR2 667MHz, and a Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2.4GHz should more than suffice for these categories, right? When I tear my old rig apart from downstairs, i'll post pics of the cpu and RAM.

The motherboard I picked because it fits all my necessary requirements:
mATX, 1 x PCI-E slot, 2 x SATAII, LGA775 slot supporting 800MHz FSB (specifically the E4600), RAM support of 667MHz clock DDR2
It's also within a reasonable price range.

I've decided to go with the Sapphire HD4550 as it's a popular choice for HTPCs. It's low-profile, which means it'll fit inside the Antec Minuet 350, provided it comes with a half-size bracket I can affix it to. If not I guess I gotta purchase those separately.

I need a cheap 1TB HDD for media storage and recording.
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 932
CPU : Intel i7-5820K 6-core @ 3.3GHz
RAM : 32GB DDR4 2400MHz (G.SKILL Ripjaws)
HDD : Main: 240GB SSD SATA2 (Intel) Storage: 3TB SATA2 (WD Green) Backup: 500GB External USB (Hitatchi)
GFX : Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB
PSU : 750W Corsair Modular PSU
MoBo: Asus X99-A
View : Acer H213H 21.5" @ 1920 x 1080 + random 4:3 monitor
