The x500's and x600's of the series are generally budget cards; not so great at the 3D aspect. Those card numerations are generally used in HTPC's and business computers with no real need for 3D support.

For gaming, you definitely need to go x800 or higher (IE. 8800, 9800, etc).

I'd like to call false on those videos being from a 9500.
