 no its just the stock amd 64 opteron heatsink
Its got 4 copper heatpipes and seems to be very well designed for socket 939 cpus...doubt its anygood for 775. The one i have works great <42oc load even with 33oc room temps. theres a picture of one in r0c0's parting out thread in buy/sell. I thought they might be on ebay but no luck. maybe amd will sell them? just a thought if you dont want to MOD anything.
