Well they ran it like for 2 months and you in the video you do notice that the fan does slow a bit. You have to remember the oil is actually less dense than water. and I think if the PSU would have been out of the tank the temps would not have reached over 88°C As the PSU was moving heat directly above the CPU. Also the bubbles wouldn't have helped. The nice thing about oild is how well it dissipates the heat.
