My System Specs

Default

Looking good!!!

AFAIC those temps are fine.

You've got the right idea by taking "baby steps" with your OC, especially since you are a first time OC'er. Not only will you not risk pushing your gear too far too quickly, slow steps will let you learn about the different steps to achieving the best OC for your current setup.

Too many folks see reviews where a cpu is popped into a new motherboard and within minutes is screaming along at a 75% OC and think that's how it's supposed to work.....

What they miss is that the CPU and Mem combination are well known to the reviewers so they know exactly what the can expect from it, and what kind of settings / voltages they need to get there.

Sorry for being long winded, but it's great to see somebody taking their time.... :)
