Peeking around the reviews here, I ended up deciding on the GTX 260 216. Even ended up switching from a 4850 as well, the performance difference was noticable and I don't regret it in the least :) Probably will be worth the wait keeping an eye on sales and whatnot in the days ahead, maybe some can be PM'd close to your budget as well.
