My System Specs

OC-wise, it all depends on the hardware used. With an 680i, OCZ 700W, OCZ Plat 6400, I was able to achieve 3.0GHz stable easily.

As fpr ppd, pscout knows a whole lot more than I do on this matter.

PS. forgot to add that it was water-cooled.
