i'm not sure if this is the right section..
i have searched to see if there are threads like this, but i found none
okay, now for the problem
i got this card from a friend cause he didn't want it
so it was free.
when i play any sound on it
it is is all staticy and i can't hear anything
it is also very loud
UNLESS i turn it to near off then i can actually hear sound but it still has some staticy sounds
does anyone know why this is happening?
and if i could fix it?
