Nice build. +1 for the Corsair 850W, less cost, same quality
-1 for 12GB, Just get a good 6GB DDR3-1600 kit, you'll be fine. Unless of course, you don't want to OC then you should be fine going right on ahead with that .
Are you planning on getting an SLI setup with that beast? If not, then 850W's mighht be too much
I must agree somewhat with Iamcanadian7 about the TRUE 1366, but then again, if you're going to put together a great system, why not top it off with great cooling?
