i have no direct experience with the P5B-E but on the P5B-Dlx, memory timings are in the
Advanced > Chipset > NB Config section. you have to change
configure DRAM by SPD to disabled and then the list of available timings will show up. i am assuming it is the same or similar with all P5B based boards. HTH
