Default Need some help on my first custom built computer

Hi there, just registered after reading a few reviews. Basically my computer that I had for the past 3-4 years finally died out on me (mobo fried). So I figured I may as well build a new one.

Now I plan to to play games, watch movies, and also plan to do a lot of development with .NET on my computer. I may overclock this computer in the future but will have to see.

I already have a full tower, keyboard/mouse and a 20inch monitor. What I need help with is the "guts" of this computer.

I have no preference on which parts to go with, I prefer to buy my parts from Edmonton, unless there are some good websites that can get me better deals then what I find here. So far I chose to build my computer from Memory Express, and my budget is $1600 Canadian (before gst). This is what I have so far, if there is some better parts to get, please let me know:

Finally had some time to check out for prices and things, and this is my new list basically all of it is now through online orders

From Best Direct.ca (total came to $911.49 after taxes, shipping and shipping insurance) - needed $500 to get free shipping

-Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 ...$376.20
-Processor: Intel Core I7 920 ...$348.39
-DVD Burner: Samsung SH-S223F 22x BEBN ...$24.14
-Harddrive: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB 7200RPM ...$88.62

From DirectCanada.com (needed min of $300 for free shipping) total from here:$479.43 or $491.05 after taxes and shipping insurance
-Power Supply: Corsair TX850W ... $158.55 (before 20 mir)
-Video Card: Either EVGA E-GEFORCE GTX 260 Core 216 SC ...$302.21 (before 20 mir)
or EVGA E-GEFORCE GTX 260 Core 216 ...$290.59 (before 20 mir)

From Newegg.ca (comes to $208.95)
-Ram: OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 ...$186.39 (before 20 mir) *CAS7 from what I read about this ram (7-7-7-24)

So only 2 things left to decide, 1 is it worth the 11 bucks to get the superclocked evga video card vs the standard card?

and the 2nd is I still have to get a heatsink, I was trying to find places that had the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 LGA1366 but it seems like only ncix ($79.99) and tigerdirect carry it, compared to the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366RT which costs $78.75 from direct canada. So how much of a diff is there between the 2 heatsinks, since if I get the thermalright it won't have added shipping/handling but if I get the ncix one its about $92.37 after shipping and stuff.

I'm right at my price limit ( a bit over right now) w/o the heatsink, but is there anything that needs to change?

Thanks
