 Auzentech X-Fi Prelude
Having upgraded to the Xonar Essence STX I now have no need for this sound card and am looking to sell it.
I don't have the original box for it anymore, but I do have the coax/toslink adaptor which you can see pictured. The sound card is in imaculate shape and has no defects whatsoever. Op-amps are still stock.
