I killed 1gb of Team Group D9GMH at 2.2V, yet a stick of noname D9GKX at 2.45V with an 80mm fan above the module lasted me two weeks until I gave it to a friend who still uses it today.
Micron ram tends to fail no matter what voltage you set them, it's just the luck of the draw. =_=
