Diamond TV Wonder 600 Theater PCI TV Tuner Card ATSC NTSC HDTV - DirectCanada

I know for a fact that this card will get tv on my computer screen.
My question is, will it get my computer screen on tv?

I wasnt able to find anything on directcanada.
