 E8500 Random underclocking
Hey all,
I recently ran CPUZ and Nvidia system monitor on my system after noticing a performance hit in some of my games. Both reported that the Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 was running at 2.0ghz, as apposed to the regular speed of 3.16 ghz. However, when i turn on my pc, the boot screen reports that the pc is still running at 3.16 ghz. What gives?
