What the MOSFETs? The fan actually sits on top of them after further analysis and fan shroud has holes in the bottom for the sole purpose of cooling the MOSFETs. I guess just the way I was holding the card while looking at it, it appeared as though it didn't cover so I don't think I'll bother with heatsinks.
