Details: My 17" was being a little sketchy, so I RMAed it. They sent me a new monitor within days, and gave me a packing slip to send my old one back. Unfortunately, the box came with styofoam inserts that did not fit my monitor. I called them up and they made a note of it and told me to send it in anyway. I did, and the transaction was complete! IT was a great experience.
