That's about the same fan speed and temps I currently run for my 4870x2 too. No prob running those temps for a GPU. I could crank up the fan speed higher, but since I never really go over 65C on load with the fan, I don't see the point.
I am putting this under water as soon as I get the chance. I've got the parts, I'm just taking my time. It isn't noisy, but it isn't quiet!
