If you are overclocking your GPU try resetting it back to stock. If the problem stops then it was to high of an overclock. If the problem doesn't go away then try downclocking. If it goes away when you downclock then you need to RMA the GPU. If not then there might be another problem or it could still be your GPU. Hopefully it is just a bad driver. Also what are your temps.
