My System Specs

He might mean while running Windows.

The current iMacs have the following graphics cards:
Radeon HD 2400 XT
Radeon HD 2600 Pro
GeForce 8800GS

Either way you would be better off with a real PC. Last time I checked Apple did not have Radeon HD 48xx or GeForce GTX2xx drivers hidden away in an OS update or anything and even if they did you would need a card with EFI compatible firmware(if you wanted to use OS X at all). This and the fact that the iMac uses an MXM slot mean that chances are you will be unlikely to ever upgrade the graphics card unless you pulled one from a newer iMac that used the same revision of that slot.

No overclocking that iMac either so you would be stuck with 2.4-3.06Ghz.
Only one internal HDD allowed as well.(I notice that you have two)

Your current sigrig completely wastes an iMac by the looks of it.
