i just think that if you don't follow the rules, your thread be removed immediately until you can. after a couple times that your thread needs to be removed, you lose your B&S privilages for a while. the rules simply need to be enforced. you see too many threads with 'post pictures tomorrow...' or 'camera batteries are dead...'. if you don't have photos, you don't have a thread...period.
i really could care less about the photo with handwritten note rule, i am just saying if it is a rule, enforce it.
