Another quick, albeit rather sloppy-looking solution is to find some thick styrofoam, and just cut out holes as needed. You'll have to leave the styrofoam area larger than the radiator, because thin walls will break easily, and it won't support much more than the weight of the fan, but sometimes you have a sheet lying around that came as product packaging, so the cost is basically nil.
