Yup, twice 17A on the 12V rails. Like I said, it all depends on how many peripherals you have. But it should be plenty.
As for the vga card, if you don't want to upgrade in the next 4 years (an ethernity in the world of computers!), you should consider the 8800 series. It will last longer than the 8600 series; the 8600 doesn't even come close to the 8800, even the 320mb one.
Cases are personal; if you wish to buy the case and PSU seperately, it's about ~40$ for a nice case and ~110$ for the PSU (OCZ 600W). I don't know about the Asus case, nor the Nmedia PSU.
