Hot damn... nice clocks on the memory.
Just a couple of hints for folks who want to play, but haven't been through this kind of thing before.....
Super-pi is very memory sensitive... fine tweaking of secondary memory timings can easily get you 5%+ improvements (big deal when we're talking .XXX between scores... :) ). It's also sensitive to tasks running in the background, so when you get to a point where you think you're not going to get any higher, do a fresh boot, and turn off all of your background tasks before you make the run.
