My System Specs

Default

I don't have any experience with that particular board, but I just had a quick look at the manual and it does look like it's got the settings to OC with, as long as it can perform. Just don't forget that you're going to need DDR2 to go with it. :)

I'd spend some google time looking for that motherboard though.... the fact that they've got limitations on returns for that combo makes me wonder if there isn't some reason they're trying to dump them.

I think just about any chip you run is going to be the bottleneck in a system with that card, so you want to make sure you can squeeze as much as possible out of it.

Is there a reason why you're looking at an AM2 setup vice a C2D?

You could probably put together a decent Intel cpu/motherboard combo for around the same price, and if your main goal is performance enhancement the C2D line is currently king.
