Looks good but why the EP43? Wouldn't the EP45 be a better choice?

For the video card, the 9800GT is probably the best bang for your buck. I saw it for just over $100 after MIR on DirectCanada last week. You could also wait for the HD4830 which is in the same range as the 9800GT.
