Ah, that makes sense, yours is a different style of sonata, mines a sonata plus 550.
The hard drive bays are set in the traditional way on this case, and the cage is just that little bit in the way. Nothing a die grinder cant fix though.
As you see here, the GX2 is about a centimeter too long.
About the Q6600, I also found that gaming was slower when i ran it past about 3.4 I never bothered to quantify it by checking framerates, and 3dmark always registered higher marks with it faster, but real world gaming "felt" slower, and the computer not quite as responsive.
