Quality of the card, I dont see any difference.
Service :
EVGA are renowned for great customer service, but I never experienced it first hand.
XFX : I just got a GTX260 ''open box'' and turns out the previous owner had registered it. I called the tech support, 3 minutes wait, 2 minutes discussion and the double lifetime warrenty was given back to me.
Warrenty : XFX wins with double lifetime vs single lifetime
Upgrade : EVGA wins with their special upgrade. Altough, you have to do it before 90 days and they will charge you the full Manufacturer suggested price plus both way shipping. This means at least 20 $ x2 for shipping and another 40 to 50 $ because of their somewhat inflated prices.
