EVGA Produces Non-Reference GTX 470, Promises Better Temps

EVGA has tweaked the reference design slightly, shaving off some metal here and adding some there, in an effort to improve temperatures. The new product, dubbed GTX 470 SuperClocked+, duplicates the clock speeds of the original SuperClocked (625 core/3402 memory), but claims to “lower the operating temperature by as much as 7 degrees Celcius”.
