Less than a year ago, Xigmatek wasn't exactly the household name that it is today. They came into the fame they now hold by releasing the CPU cooler we are reviewing here today: the HDT-S1283. This was one of the first enthusiast level "heatpipe direct touch" coolers on the market and not only is it highly regarded but it comes in at a great price.
